Have just finished my 10 weeks of training.
Pros
Great for people that have just graduated and need experience. They guide you and show you everything you need to develop a skill. You get to present your projects, it may sound scary at first. But you build confidence before you know it. You build the experience you need and a great portfolio. You get good benifits.
Cons
You don't get to know which company you're mapped to until later in the training. And you don't get to choose your company You might have to be away from your family at certain times because of relocation. You get into a 10 week training to prepare you with the right skills and soft skills. Then you will be interviewing until a client/another company accepts you. So you might not get accepted right away. Your 45k salary only starts when you get accepted by a client
