Cons

You will likely be placed in a batch that isn't exactly what you were expecting, but you will be placed in a position where clients have requested workers. You will put in 10+ hours a day to stay up to pace with the training.

Pros

You will be put in a training track on a new/relevant technology. The trainers care about your success and well being. You will learn a lot in a short period of time.

Cons

if you are unfamiliar with a subject, it will feel like the trainer is going really fast. You won't have much free time after the first week or two of training, you will need to spend time studying and working on projects.

They have this thing called "QC" or quality check that is stressful but is apparently getting revamped.
