Pros

I joined immediate after my college and I had a classroom training to get trained on a latest technology based on their client requirements to get placed with the same client. They have good trainers and all of them were helpful. It is good in terms of work life balance and work environment.

Cons

I could not find anything wrong.

Pros

*Take you on easy *Pay for your travel there *Great for single people with no other options and don't care where you live or how much travel you do.

Cons

VERY VERY PUNITIVE CONTRACT! They give you a list of rules and if you break them they will consider that break of contract and you owe them a ton of money you dont have. Basically you are giving them a cars value if you break their rules. BAIT AND SWITCH . They have different technologies you may be applying for but they will put you into a group that needs to be filled. I applied for a Java position but they put me into a .Net C# group the day I arrived on site...said the java group was full and they needed to fill up the other class. Also they wont show you the terms of the contract till the day before the "Option day" so they give you very little time to make a choice. YOU NEED TO READ WHAT YOU SIGN!!!!!! The details in the contract make it very clear that you are handing over a lot of your rights as an employee and putting yourself into a very subservient position to the company or its clients. Packed corporate housing apartments are 1-2 star at best...6 people in a 3 bedroom apartment is very tight. If you don't mind living with little to no privacy then it wont matter to you. Management is very reluctant to answer tough questions, you can see it on their faces as they talk to you they are trying to "Rephrase" it so you dont run out the door. If you are not making any money anything over 20 dollars an hour sounds great but if you look at the technologies and the job salaries for the work your doing it should be more like 40-50 dollars an hour. So your accepting half pay for the duration of the contract basically...no wonder they have so many clients that want their employees. OVERALL the feeling I get is that they hope you dont read the details of the contract like a used car salesman. Once you sign the contract there is almost no way out without you owing them a ton of money.
