      Pros

      Employees are friendly and willing to share, grow and learn. Management want everyone in the team to succeed in all the work we do. I have started my career with Revature and growing with the company for last 2 years.

      Cons

      No Cons. They are good at what they do.

      Bad Business Model! Treat Trainees Like Products

      Pros

      The training program is good, trainee can learn a lot of new technologies. The interview with their clients is easy (one 20 - 30 mins interview), good for new grads, but does not prepare trainees for future interviews after 2 years.

      Cons

      Have to sign a 2-year contract for the training, and nothing is negotiable. Doesn't care about their "Product's" feelings, nor families. Always threatening trainees for breach of contract if don't follow what they asked

      Great Learning environment and good clients.

      Pros

      We will have lot of opportunity to learn specialized development skills at in house. On the job training and mentoring provided by Industry experts. They have lined up with good clients to work on long term projects. Good work culture and good leadership team.

      Cons

      The company has low pay scale to start.
