      It's been 3 years now, one of the best companies I have ever worked for, great culture, Regardless of position or rank, employees are meant to feel as if their role in the business is vital for operation.

      Cons

      Slow growth and sometimes I feel it is very important to recognize the employees for their work. More employee benefits can motivate the staff.

      Pros

      Revature is a good Place for both beginners and the experienced candidates. Company is very flexible, fast aced, adaptive and innovative. The Onshore and Offshore management, both work with same vision and strategy, and thus keeping a unique global work culture and environment. Best place for those with learnability, tenacity and passion, to learn, excel, experiment changes, and get recognized.

      Cons

      The company had really put the employee care and safety ahead of the demanding business needs during the pandemic lockdown.. Not sure, if this could be considered as cons, but in the last 2+ years, I have found rarely any cons, as the company has always kept an open door policy, and a pro-employee approach... Kudos
