      Pros

      Based on my past almost 3 years with the Revature, they treat all employees with respect and considers them also as the stakeholders. They also provide the required support for all employees to learn and grow in their respective careers. Also the work environment provides the freedom you need to complete your responsibilities and there is absolutely no micro management involved. There's a huge emphasis on the work life balance and they care a lot about the employees which was very evident during the COVID pandemic times.
