Pros
Gets you past the catch 22 of needing an entry level position, but not having the experience to land the entry level position. There are batches ranging from 10-12 weeks, where you will gain great experience learning a full tech stack and build projects with a large team.
Cons
Relocation can be difficult. It is a LOT of material to learn in the time given, and you will spend a lot of time outside of the 8hr class time each day self-studying. The contract can make you apprehensive to join, but they will not enforce it (mutual release) if they do not think you can handle it. Starting pay ranges from 45-55k once out of training, which is lower than industry average... but you are gaining valuable experience and practically guaranteed a job if you make it through. In my opinion, totally worth it!
