Pros

I totally recommend it. Training is good and the material covered a lot of technologies. The trainer was available for any questions and in one-to-one. The training offered continuous verbal exams, code challenges, and group projects. They staff provided feedback through the course of the training. meeting with Revature employee was great and they answered a lot of questions. Moreover, the people working at this company are professional who know what they are doing. Overall, It is a well organized company with valuable training.

Cons

No major cons except that Interviews with clients haven't taken place until the end of training. Also, might not be good for someone who is looking for immediate high pay.

Pros

- High quality instruction and support (thank you Instructor Poongs) - Good balance of guided practice and self-study - Exposure to lots of technologies (up to industry standard) - Many opportunities to work on projects and gain experience - Portfolio building and interview preparation - Perfect for anyone looking to jumpstart or reignite their careers

Cons

- Fast-paced, not for everyone (out of the 25, only 10 made the cut) - Training pay is minimum wage based on location - Extra hours are required to meet project deadlines (unpaid)

Pros

This is for you if you - Have no experience in CS - Have no degree in CS - Have a degree in CS but cannot find a job - Willing to relocate within the contiguous US - Ok with being bound to a 2-year contract and 45-70k salary for the first two years (there is a chance you will be bought out by the client company at the end of the first year) - Ready to start within a week or two - Ready for an intensive 12-week training (at time where you will cry :) - Guaranteed job placement with a client company at the end of training (as long as you have put in the work during the training) You have to be ok with each one of those requirements before committing. And remember, they don't get paid unless you get placed with a client so that is a good incentive for the company to ensure the success of their associates.

Cons

It is not for you if you said no to any of the above mentioned items or do not like any of them as they are not going to change so either be ok or don't get involved at all as I have seen people who thought they were ok but then it started bothering them, especially relocating part.
