Pros

- The training program is extensive and gives you a great feel for what it is actually like being on a full-stack team. You definitely get real-world experience. - The company provides excellent resources to secure a job: it's pretty much their entire business model (that is, to secure you a job). - I came in knowing a small amount about all of the piecies: I knew some frontend, i knew some backend, I knew some SQL. By the end of the program I was able to put all the pieces together in an organized fashion. - Was able to meet a lot of people that were in the same position I was in - fresh out of college with little experience looking for a job in a market that requires years of experience. Revature has definitely connected me to a network of individuals I will be connected with for the rest of my life. - Had a great trainer that had an expansive amount of knowledge. My questions were always answered and if he did not know something, he would come back with an enormous amount of information. The only piece of advice I would give to anyone wanting to join the Revature Training Program, is that they are prepared to work extremely hard. They do pay you minimum wage, 40 hours a week, but in order to get through training, you will have to work far more than 40 hours a week. However, the knowledge you gain during those hours are priceless.

Cons

- Work more than 40 hours a week usually (only get paid for 40), but as I said above, the knowledge you gain during those hours are still valuable. - Felt very stressed and overloaded at times - but I was able to get through it.
