Provides the necessary tools to bridge gaps between your current knowledge and the needs you must have to land that first job in the best way possible.
Cons
The only con is that there are not more opportunities/programs that go about tech in this way.
- Great for freshly graduated people without any firm placement option,
- You can push your career ahead a lot easily, if you lack experience.
- Learn industry used technical skills to make yourself available to demand.
- Learn to work in a workplace like environment.
- Possibility to network with a lot of people that are trying to launch or already in industry.
- Remote Training until Covid-19 situation resolved.
- One key fact I would have liked to know before joining.
- 70% Training is learning, Last 30% is full batch project involving implementation of what you learned in training.
- So only 70% of the Training is high intensity training and later on pretty chill.
Cons
- Primary: Willing to Relocate.
- Work extensive hours in training, but not brutal. Focus & Discipline is Necessary.
- Could be mutually released from training if not working hard enough.
