There is a training period that includes classes, assignments, coding challenges and QA, this gives the foundations necessary to get an IT job; There is a staging period that involves prepping for interviews; With games, hot seat mock interviews and daily coding challenges, this was a lot of fun; You get to interview when they decide you are ready. The training program pays a minimum wage hourly for attending the program.
