Pros

They train you to get real world experience using technologies that is being used on the job. One of the things that college doesn't prepare you for is combining all the numerous technologies they teach in per semester and making it work as a cohesive application. Revature trains you in what you would need to know to be a good developer with applicable work experience. In addition to the programming skills you learn, they also train you in your soft skills to improve your interview taking skills, as well simply communicating with other team members

Cons

As an associate in training, the pay is not the best but there are other companies that provide the same training but unpaid.

Pros

They provide training while paying you. The staff seem friendly. Getting in as a Training Associate is not hard, just got the know your basic of coding, i.e java.

Cons

The training provided felt lacking and rush. After the training process it felt like all you do was "train" to prepare for interviews instead of actual programming.
