      The pay is okay enough

      Cons

      They do not provide enough training. They say they're invested in your success but the moment you falter they come down on you and expect significant changes sooner rather than later.

      As a growing organization, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement and engagement.

      Cons

      As growth comes, as does change. That is not a good fit for everyone, but it keeps us sharp and exciting!

      Pros

      work from home, no other pros that come to mind

      Cons

      terrible benefits ($900 + for family a month), HR does not have it together as far as putting in unemployment claims, COBRA, dental etc., lost a major client and is losing employees due to reduction in force, a supposedly 'difficult' decision that has been on the table since the beginning of the coronavirus and the merge.
