Pros

The company offers a great work/life balance and strive to keep their employees happy. The company does allow a lot of lateral moves so you can learn different departments. This is a great starter company to get into the industry.

Cons

The opportunity for advancement is very slim, while the company request more and more on a yearly basis for underpayment recoveries. It does not reflect in yearly raises or base pay.
