Pros
Revelex is a decent starter job in order to acquire experience in the technology field. There are a few good apples that are nice people and easy to work with.
Cons
There are also a few bad apples that are very difficult to deal with. Performance reviews are often late and pay raises are usually 2%, which are supposedly based off of the "cost of living" instead of your actual performance. Downsizing occur roughly every 6 months to a year and many often resign after they see the real picture behind the product/company, which leaves the survives overworked.
