Great brands, no culture

Pros

The brands apart of Revelyst make some awesome products, and there is some great experience to be gained in the outdoor industry.

Cons

Turnover is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s like the company is trying to lose people at this point. Need to improve compensation and create an actual culture if they care at all.

Nothing of note - there were some ‘fine’ things but no pros.

Cons

The CEO has no understanding of the brands or the people that keep them running, it is extremely clear that the main goal of upper management is to flip for a profit and then leave, ZERO diversity in leadership, promotions are given to those with the closest friendships to upper management.
