Pros
Very laid back, respectful environment.
Developers are uncharacteristically supportive (for engineers).
Lots of upward mobility, including promotions from support tier into other departments (support staff in general seem to be treated really well).
Fair compensation and benefits. Not crazy SF wages, but great for the area.
Company is mature and actually profitable, while still maintaining a 'startup' feel (although not excessive). You won't need to worry about the company folding suddenly.
Cons
Development is very "wild west", but improving steadily.
Frequent re-orgs are a bit disconcerting.
