Pros

Individuality and creativity are celebrated. Management is approachable and open to new ideas.

Cons

Office building is in an old tobacco warehouse in Durham. It is very quaint, but has the expected issues.

Pros

Very laid back, respectful environment. Developers are uncharacteristically supportive (for engineers). Lots of upward mobility, including promotions from support tier into other departments (support staff in general seem to be treated really well). Fair compensation and benefits. Not crazy SF wages, but great for the area. Company is mature and actually profitable, while still maintaining a 'startup' feel (although not excessive). You won't need to worry about the company folding suddenly.

Cons

Development is very "wild west", but improving steadily. Frequent re-orgs are a bit disconcerting.

Pros

Excellent collaborative culture, data driven and product focused. These guys work hard and they don't give up once something is launched.

Cons

Was somewhat understaffed for awhile in developers, so things weren't getting launched very fast. However, I think that's fixed now.
