Absolutely none. A lot of ethical rule violations for cheap pay and daily headaches.

Cons

They lie to pharmaceutical companies in order to get studies. They fabricate data and lie about patient information so they get paid. They'll hire you, throw you in the pit of lies, watch you fail, and then blame you if they're caught.
