Working at Revolut has been an amazing experience. A lot of trust given to the employees, the opportunity to work on what is interesting to you (given that it brings business value). No one really watches you as long as you get your tasks done. That and social events, free breakfast, free deliveroo dinner.

Cons

Sometimes a very high workload. You need to be passionate about the product and love what you are doing
