      A risky stepping stone

      Pros

      Obviously great to have on your resume and as many reviewers say, you get to work with smart people and on interesting products (if you're lucky) - thats as far as the positives go.

      Cons

      You literally are reduced to a metric, this is systemic from how Nik wants to manage the company and efficiencies. If work is your life, this is the place for you.
