Compensation is decent. The product itself is good.

Cons

No work life balance. Many average 60h weeks and weekend work is not uncommon. Political games are commonplace.

Pros

Great place to advance your career, learn and work with very smart people. A lot of ownership and scope if you are willing to take it. Integration of AI is being done properly and not just throwing it at everything and burning tokens.

Cons

Depending on your seniority workload can be higher at times, but tbh not at a bigger scale than in my previous jobs.
