It's a company of hire and fire. They just don't think once to terminate you. If your kpi is less than its time to left your job and your TL don't give prior warning to you and their productivity session is also held just 3-4 days before they terminate you, so how could you expect they improve in 3-4 days. All of the sudden you are unemployed. I have worked their and my quality target is 90% and my score is 92% ; Mandatory training target is 100% and my score is 100% productivity target is 90% my score is 60%.because of the production they terminate you without giving you prior warnings. In the one month how could you expect from an employee to be so good in all your kpi categories. Working in a company like Revolut is a nightmare so be very alert. Don't rush after salary package because this what they do provide with good package and lay off you in between. All I say just don't apply here because job security is a joke here seriously. What they think what we are robot we are not humans. REVOLUT is a not a company it's a hell.

- No respect for your work life balance. You want to take vacation? You better work during your vacation to make sure you reach your target, because if you dont reach your target 1 Q , you will be on a PIP. - Very competitive atmosphere, sometimes too competitive. There is no collaboration with other teams whatsoever, and no teamspirit in your team either. If you are a Shark you will fit in and feel challenged, but if you are not get out of there. - no career development plan. - Benefits discussed during the hiring process were not there. - depending on your market, it can be very difficult to sell the product. - very high turnover rate - Company has not matured enough, the organisation comes across very diosorganised, this is not helped by the fact that teams usually consist of people in different places.
