Salary Remote-first, even with offices around the world Amazing products Very technical peers Amazing codebase

Cons

Very toxic environment Unnecessary rush for delivery features that are not urgent Even having some nice people, it's usual to see people being rude with each other It's rare to see people working the expected 40h per week, being usual to see people working late night and weekends even if they are not called to just to delivery business-as-usual content

Toxic culture. Incompentent senior leadership, high turnover off staff. Wrong people get promoted and seen as top performer, while many of them have just been lucky with some accounts.
