      Nothing at all. Please don't join the company.

      Cons

      - your mental health will go downhill - no personal time - extreme pressure - they will terminate you anytime - no support from management - most of the managers themselves are in PIP most of the time. - The most TOXIC company ever.

      Joined in Jan. Got off to a good start. Managers nice, team is cool

      Cons

      Was quite happy but Q2 our IM commission was slashed by 50%. Q3 Outbound target went up. Market is HEAVILY saturated. Like extremely saturated. The focus is on new business but it's very very hard to get.
