      Too many to mention but I’ll cover the headlines Senior Management (sales) utterly useless and completely incompetent. Have no idea how to sell to enterprise customers and should not be put in front of a dog let alone a customer. Every answer they give sounds like something from ChatGPT, loads of buzzwords and no substance. They decided to focus on enterprise customers, all great in theory until you are speaking to the FD / CFO of an enterprise and telling them why they should move their banking services to Revolut. Without thinking they can list off 20 reasons why the will not, now or ever and they are all valid reasons.

      An awful work culture

      The ability to work almost anywhere is a true plus

      Cons

      Terrible work culture. I would be working with people one day, and then find out they are leaving the next with no explanation. Creates a complete culture of fear. No sense of socialisation in the office. Purely a work and go home approach, with no community or approachability. If I could characterise in anyway, the feeling was truly that of a tech bro environment... Ways of working also unusually backwards for a 'new' business. Great product, but this didn't permeate the inner workings at all.
