      Pros

      There’s plenty of chances of development in Revolut, there are people in the company who started as support representatives and are now high level managers.

      Cons

      Revolut is still in rapid growth phase. Loads of aspects of the workplace are chaotic and the workload is usually very big and targets challenging.
