I've read reviews it wasn't for mature employees - well it worked for me! Worked in a great team with loads of knowledge. Having Revolut on your CV is priceless. Great interaction with other teams and a real chance to make your mark. I found the people to be great.

Cons

Long hours - so you do have to put the effort in.

A company that actually cares for the employees. Extensive, meaningful and very useful learning processes. Good core values that help the company grow without sacrificing employee care. Good package of benefits. Awesome well equipped offices.
