      Pros

      - All the tech you need - Agile work methods - Flexibility on DS approach as long as you deliver results - Collaborative environment (in my experience - data teams)

      Cons

      - Work/life balance can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but you get used to it. High growth startups share this unfortunate trait that you have to know before you interview for them.

      Great product, great people and good package

      Pros

      - intelligent and bright people who love the product and what they do (and most of us do interesting stuff) - very young team, full of ideas and passion - healthy and pragmatic approach to problem solving - a lot of respect and good compensation for high performers - genuine flexible working (no pressure to go into the office at all)

      Cons

      - coming from big corporate world, a lot of processes seem messy - but it’s organized mess :)
