      Pros

      - Being in a very successful start-up showed me what a high quality workplace looks like - Getting it done attitude is infectious and will serve me in all my future roles/start-ups - Great place to grow your skills as you will be given way more responsibility than in any other company

      Cons

      As Revolut has been growing, it has become more corporate than before and product delivery has really slowed down Equity comp isn't as attractive as before at $33B
