      Pros

      Pay. It's very generous. Open and straightforward management, great ethics, great working culture. They don't cover things up, recruiters don't lie, management does not lie, colleagues don't lie. I loved my team there, they do have really good supportive teams and management. Yet somehow no unique snowflakes. Interesting and challenging work, you'll be able to learn there a lot.

      Cons

      I might be too negative here, I've failed my probation there after all. Relocation and visa support could be better. I heard claims that revolut employs most skilled people. I doubt it. They are good, but they're not the most skilled, imo. Pace could be a bit overwhelming there, revolut is very much not for everyone.

      Revolut is a company that has the interest of customers and staffs at heart, Revolut is willing to help you with improving yourself

      The standards are very high and you are expected to meet up to give a wow experience to the customer. striving towards perfection. I love it
