We’re proud of our leadership and their drive and determination to build a financial superApp that makes life easier for all our customers. Maybe our enthusiasm sometimes runs away with us - so we’ll take your comments on board. That said, we’re constantly looking for ways to grow our leadership skills and we hope our leadership communications guidelines will help us improve in this area. We welcome feedback at every level and hope that our Town Halls, where you can feedback to our leaders directly, help address your concerns. Our ambitious targets do sometimes mean working some extra hours on particular deadlines, but we hope that our compensation fairly reflects this and this is why we’re generous with our holiday allowance. We’re sorry to hear that you’re not enjoying some aspects of your work here, and would ask that you escalate your feedback internally so that we can try and address some of your concerns.

As a current employee, we’d ask you to please fill out the regular feedback surveys that are sent to you, these go to department heads so that we can look at what changes should be made at a department and team level. We’re still a relatively young company and we realise that our communications still have some development to go through, but our teams are working hard on this and please know that your feedback will be passed on.
