Thank you for your feedback. As we continue to scale, we are like other startups hiring more senior and experienced players that will take us to the next level globally. That said, we also recognise that middle managers are key, as they are bridging senior leaders and strategic goals to the rest of the company. We are focused on both business scalability and sustainability. One of the programs that we will roll out very soon recognises, develops and empowers middle/line managers.
