      Exciting and ambitious startup to be a part of. People are given a large amount of independence and responsibility. Those who perform well will climb quickly and grow and gain more opportunities. Smart and fun people to work with.

      Cons

      This is a 24/7 job particularly if you’re in operations. Work pressures will be demanding and high standards will be expected. This though should be expected before joining any high growth and ambitious company
