Pros

So many easy-going, young colleagues, you can create long-lasting friendships, so many office perks, games, snacks, a very positive office environment, good for a career start

Cons

Lack of organization but it's normal for a fast growing company, super demanding KPI targets, incompetent young team leads with lack of managerial skills don't know how to handle the team and their job, lack of expertise at all levels, a big chaos, the skills you gain might be not transferable to corporate banks and but limited only to similar fin-techs.
