+ working with hard-working, smart, proactive and engaged people + cool perks + good salaries and performance bonuses + great career possibilities + fast-pased environment (could be a minus for somebody but for me it's a great plus)

Cons

- sometimes challenging tasks/ deadlines although everything is doable
