      Too much pressure to deliver in deadlines defined by higher leads that doesn't take into consideration developers capabilities. Very few benefits in Spain. Almost none.

      Somewhat high salary and commissions

      Cons

      Mental health definitely at risk, they pressure you sucking all of your energy by doing a repetitive and robotic job over and over again without ever stopping. It's 3 jobs in one (SDR, client support/customer service, and account manager). The expectations and KPIs and targets are so high you MUST work extra hours. Also, is a 95% man environment.

      Everything else : salary is extremely low for the amount of work you asked to do. Nobody cares about the well-being of the team and there are constant changes on the way you have to work and a lot of pressure. Micromanaging at its finest.
