Cons
The management of Revolut themselves do not follow their own core values of Dream Team and Deliver WOW as there is no concept of team work and employee support in this organisation. You will always be told to work independently, which results in lack of performance, wastage of time, poor results, target pressure and always a sense of doubt while doing the work as there is no one to validate and clear the doubts. Not attaining the targets of KPI will lead to straight away termination without any prior intimidation and a chance of improvement. The constant fear of termination still continues even after clearing the probation as they do not have good leaders and management skills. Apart from issues in core work, they have micromanagement in leaves and shifts schedules, which even disturbs more.
