      Really solid place to work

      Pros

      - Very smart and hardworking people - Really interesting work, especially on product teams - Exciting product to be working on, relevance of which will continue into the future - Managers are generally understanding people who care about your experience - Intelligent decision makers who use data to drive their decisions - Competitive salary, especially for tech

      Cons

      - Equity not competitive by US tech standards, especially since it's issued at inflated valuation - Company stinginess can be a pain point (e.g. low quality hotels for business travel), but to leadership's credit, they have managed costs well and done no significant rounds of layoffs like much of the rest of tech sector - Culture is a positive point (coworkers go out to drinks, company hosts work events, etc.) but not super "warm and fuzzy" if that's what you're looking for

      Pros

      I've enjoyed my time at Revolut so far. Its a great company with a lot of room to grow. They hire really smart people that seem to be all driving towards the same goals. I think they pay well and give you continued opportunities to grow in your role.

      Cons

      Benefits are below average Culture is not for everyone, very performance driven, but I personally like it.
