Pros

Remote working Good pay at industry-level standards Flexibility to switch teams to improve product knowledge

Cons

Due to remote working, visibility matters more than actual work Might need to stretch depending upon product demands A lot of Ad-hoc work, which adds zero value during the performance review

Pros

Revolut has a great culture that’s very conducive to learning, including learning through making mistakes. There’s a genuine intent to help people succeed and give them chances to shine. It’s a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities, and the culture is supportive, collaborative, and encouraging.

Cons

While the company has put robust processes in place, some of these can occasionally slow things down and lead to delays.
