The interview process was remarkably smooth, and the salary package is competitive. There is ample time dedicated to training, supported by a team of highly skilled trainers. The work environment is consistently positive, and I am grateful for a great leader who provides constant support.

Cons

The onboarding process includes an extensive period of theoretical training, followed by a shorter "buddy week" designed to provide hands-on experience.
