Cons

Its ironic how the mission of the company is the opposite to how they operate. The burocracy of the bank is quite the same to a traditional bank

Cons

The job is intense (which I prefer) but might not be for everyone. Work/life balance is achievable while progressing in the company as long as you are disciplined.
