Excellently-organised and spot-on sessions in the induction day, very kind, helpful and eager-to-help colleagues, great orientation and familiarising with the system and people, provision of necessary equipment well in advance.
Cons
Less ease of access to some of the applications/systems/databases, could not engage in actual work the day after induction.
