-No training -Micromanagement -CEO says the n word -CEO is a homophobe -Toxic culture (your supervisor will talk bad about you when you are 2 feet away) -Management uses abrasive and aggressive language -Expect a bachelors degree, pays less than chickfila -Management wonders off for hours with no communication -Lack of ability to move up in the company (they say it can be a six figure job, you’ll never see $35K) -You never see the work you put in -Chocolate doesn’t pay your bills -High turnover (from this alone, can you expect anything less?) -Lack of respect from management to employees -Management doesn’t care about you, they care about the money you make for the company (if you were to get hit by a bus today, you would be replaced tomorrow)
