Pros

Great salary, benefits, workflow and people to work with. The corporate culture here is very modern and understanding. Everyone goes out to lunch together, HR always has something fun for us to do. The job is straightforward and there's plenty of room for creativity to execute your responsibilities in your own comfort zone.

Cons

There are some slow days where you just gotta stay positive to get through it.

Constant wrong or missed pay, never accurate PTO time, rude personnel and executives, a "NEVER Wrong" attitude even when they are wrong, and absolutely no clue how to run a business.
