Pros

The training team has significantly changed the way the Melbourne Office operates. Training gives new recruiters all the tools necessary to be successful. After moving off the training team the managers continue to encourage and guide recruiters to help them improve. There is a lot of potential for making money. My current manager has been very helpful in instructing, supporting, and cheering me on to do the best I can with her accounts. Her accounts range from pharmaceuticals to banking and she is able to provide great insight on what it is these companies and hiring managers are looking for.

Cons

Not a con, just a note. Training will give you everything you need to be successful, you just have to use it. If you aren't motivated or willing to adapt and learn you won't be able to move up.

Pros

Great team, friendly atmosphere, nice working environment, growth opportunities. Management goes above and beyond to incorporate a fun and rewarding culture with community events, parties and team building functions.

Cons

Fast-paced and multitasking abilities are a must. Sometimes it is hard to step away after hours but that is something that comes with the industry and what is expected to be successful.
