Pros

Revolution is one that sets itself apart from the rest. The company is still within the growing phases and allows employees to contribute ideas to the development and growth of the enterprise. I am regularly challenged and encouraged to bring new ideas forward... not to mention, the environment is fun and collaborative. IF you are a hard worker and dedicated to your job, you WILL succeed and move up quickly. Quarterly team building initiatives are planned, as well contests to drive engagement. Additionally, new tools and resources are continuing to improve which have been extremely helpful in streamlining internal processes and procedures.

Cons

I personally would like to experience more internal company training.

Friendly environment, easy. They have free food for the office every now and then and the office building is nice.

Cons

Not interesting at all. No opportunities for professional development. Very low pay.

They found me a good position and they pay well. They treat you as a professional, which is a nice change from many temp agencies.

Cons

These are contract and contingent positions. It would be nice if there were regular employee positions.
