Pros

Great people to work with and flexible work environment. I get to use my skills at work on what I enjoy doing. Management works with you so you have a good work/life balance. I've asked for days off and they've offered me to have flex time or vacation days.

Cons

Employee performance evaluations are important to have at least twice a year. Let us know what we are doing right and where we can improve.

The atmosphere. We joke and laugh and generally have a great time working.

Cons

The noise level. Sometimes when things really heat up in the "pit" it gets hard to hear/concentrate. But overall, its not terrible, and doesn't happen often enough for it to be unbearable.

Revolution Technologies is one of the fastest growing middle market staffing agencies in the country. The company is experiencing exponential growth and future projections for expansion are nothing but positive. There is a great organizational structure here and the senior executives are some of the most intelligent people I've ever worked with. If you are an individual straight out of college or a seasoned recruiter, this is a great company to work for where hard work is rewarded.

Cons

The only con is that the company is not bigger than it already is because we provide great customer service and truly care about all of our clients.
