Pros

good client base, good commission schedule, good management team, they use all the big on line job boards including Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.

Cons

The ATS is absolutely horrible, it is almost unusable as a candidate search tool, they sometimes have between 4-12 recruiters working on a job order, which is good for the company and management, but a lot of recruiters end up with no placement.

Pros

Gain some work experience right out of college with or without a degree. Find out what you like and don't like while collecting a small paycheck.

Cons

Too many cons to list them all: pay is low, many client accounts are poor performers with very low margin jobs.

Pros

-Good opportunity to learn out of college -Most people there are good people

Cons

Executive director in charge of recruiting doesn't even have a college degree while recruiters are required to. He uses negative reinforcement to get recruiters to hit their numbers. He had to change some of the metrics he expected because most of the recruiters weren't achieving them. Written up almost half of the recruiters and all of the account managers when the recruiters didn't hit all their numbers. Created a stressful environment because if recruiters don't hit their numbers, they'll be put on UPR ( Under Performance Review). Recruiters would sometime ghost submit candidates just so they wouldn't be put on the "Bagel List". Since I've left, over 10 recruiters have been fired or quit (RED FLAG!!!). Recruiters now bet weekly who'll be the next one to go. AM's and recruiters routinely talk about him behind his back.
