Great colleagues- very generous and positive climate Autonomous- ability to impact very much what I work with Great workspace Account Manager has a fantastic demeanor, very calm, and focused on the tasks at hand Very transparent with earnings

Cons

Salary- will take longer than I expected to make any money here- Would appreciate more interaction the Leaders Very warm some days and downstairs Monotonous work at times without the ability to impact end result

Great place to work, with a defined growth path. Upper Management very involved and cares about the employees both professionally and personally! I have worked for other companies in the past, where you get no direct interaction with upper management, management her is involved and has a open door policy. First company I have worked for this size where you can speak with the CEO daily and openly.

Cons

This is not really a con, but they do push you to be the best you can be, and expect continued professional growth from you.
